GREENOXY SOP & USAGES INSTRUCTIONS

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE OF GREENOXY BIO TECH SOLUTION

PURPOSE- Cleaning of oil/ grease/ carbon/ hydrocarbon sludge/ rust/ corrosion/Scaling/Algae from the Machinery, Banbury Mixer, Tyre Mfg. Plant Machinery, Heat Exchanger, Compressor, Components, Oil Skids, Nut-Bolts, Scaffolding, Cladding Sheet/ Oil Grease spillage on Flooring etc.

As a remedy to this problem, it is suggested to use the ‘Greenoxy Bio Tech Solution’

HOW TO USE GREENOXY BIO TECH SOLUTION

Standard ratio of dilution

Dilute 1 LTR. GREENOXY SOLUTION in 10 to 15 Ltr. Water. (The amount of water should be increased or decreased depending on how thick the layer of oil, grease, or carbon is.)

The dilution ratio may vary depending on the viscosity and density of the oil/grease/hydrocarbon sludge/rust/corrosion.

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN WHILE USING THE PRODUCT–

If the active ingredients Amalgamate and Lime in GREENOXY come into contact with the skin, there is a possibility of itching and redness of the skin.

Treatment - Wash the affected area with water and hold it under running water for some time. No special treatment is required. As a precaution, wear safety goggles, safety shoes, Alkali full size hand gloves.

Note - The above general symptoms are seen only when concentrated GREENOXY comes into contact with the skin (without protective gloves). However, none of the above symptoms are seen if GREENOXY comes into contact with the skin after being diluted in water.

Since GREENOXY solution is water-based, it does not need to be kept at a specific temperature for storage and since it is water-based, there is no risk of fire.

GREENOXY should always be used diluted in water. Direct use of concentrated GREENOXY solution may leave white marks on the surface.

If concentrated GREENOXY solution is accidentally used and white marks appear on the surface, the white marks can be removed using very diluted GREENOXY.
